1900 : Pre Hash Lube & dinner at Beachside Seafood Restaurant
Friday 12th August 2011: run 1499 FULL MOON RUN
1200 – 1400 : Registration for Late comers at the KH3 Run 1500 “Base Camp”
1600 : Pick up Hashers & transport to the Run site
1900 : Start On – On for Run 1499 Full Moon Run
2030 : Down - Down
2100 - ? : Welcome party at the Run Site – sumptuous food under the full moon!
Saturday 13th August 2011: run 1500
1000 : Hashmasters Meeting
1100 : Pick up Hashers & transport to the run Site for Super Long Run
1300 : Start On – On for Run 1500 – Super Long (24k.)
1300 : Pick up Hashers & transport to the Run Site for Short(4k), Medium(7k) & Long(10k) Runs
1430 : Start On – On for Short, Medium & Long Runs
1700 – 1800 : Down - Down with snacks & drinks
1900 - ? : 1500 Farewell Party at another Beachside Seafood Restaurant
Please Note**
Registration fee for our overseas guests is US$100/pax and includes: Run fees; 2 Event T-shirts; Event book; Airport transfers; transport to Run Sites and Parties; snacks & drinks at Down – Downs & food & drinks at both Parties. (Drinks incl. BEER!)
Entrants who complete the Super Long Run will receive an additional special T-shirt.
The winner of the Super Long Run will receive the Northern Territory of Australia Chief Minister’s Perpetual Trophy – which can be retained by the winning club until Kupang Hash House Harriers holds another International Hash Event, at which time it must be presented again.
Not included in the run fee is Hotel accommodation but we will provide you with a list of participating hotels who offer a discount price for participants. We will also assist you in booking any Internal flights which can be obtained more cheaply from within Indonesia.
